NEWSLETTER PAGE 2 - WINTER/SPRING 2023
Last year we introduced you to our canine friends, Sammy and Willow. After a short time away, they are once again residing here in their favorite kennel. They are planning to spend time with us until they move to their new home in the spring. We also had opportunities to assist in the rescue of stray pets that have been roaming the streets of town. Below are two visitors who happened to stop by Danner Farms. We were more than happy to help them find their lost owner.
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth. 3 John 1:4
Gatherings and Games are always a favorite for the kids (and mentors). Whether it’s carving pumpkins, a bubble-gum blowing contest, a foosball battle, root beer floats in the summer, Frisbee golf, volunteering and camping at Camp Elkanah, snowboarding at Ski Bluewood, toasting marshmallows over a camp fire, building a bird house, walking a dog, packing a box for Operation Christmas Child, or helping at Make a Difference Day, we love seeing the strong bonds that are forming between the boys and their mentors. What a blessing.

When we welcome a child to Danner Farms, we know that we are accepting not only a responsibility, but a gift from the Lord. Isaiah 127:3 tells us that “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.” Thank you for your support and prayers which enable us to care for these children. You truly are the wind beneath our wings. God bless you now and throughout the coming New Year.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
